Our Scope of Work
Working to the project’s architectural and brand requirements, we developed a coordinated signage package that balanced structural integrity, visual impact and future maintenance needs. Key deliverables included:
- Three illuminated 3‑metre totems, designed with removable panel systems to support changes in tenant branding.
- 1‑metre flat‑cut and built‑up letters and numerals, installed directly onto the cladding to provide strong building identification.
- Successful installation of pre‑set ground cages ahead of the main signage works, enabling Winvic to maintain their groundworks programme without disruption.
We worked closely with Winvic’s design and construction teams throughout, developing and validating fixing methods, cladding connections, and concrete foundation requirements. This ensured every element met the project’s high standards for durability and finish.
Project Challenges
The Prism Park scheme required careful pre‑construction planning and site coordination to address several key challenges:
- Detailed proof and verification of fixings and concrete design
- Integration with the cladding system and sequencing of cladding works
- High‑quality visual installation in prominent external locations
- Tight programme constraints driven by main works and handover phases
Our collaborative approach ensured each of these challenges was resolved efficiently, maintaining programme certainty and delivering a polished final installation.
